Job Overview:
The intake division is looking for a contractor to work in their client services area.  A customer service type of role; handling inbound and outbound calls.

Background/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree – recent grads
• Comfortable with heavy phone volume
• Strong communication skills
• More of a customer service type of role, this is not a legal position
• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Look to qualify these calls to see if they fit the case
• Strong MS Office skills – word, excel
• Ongoing contract assignment
• Fulltime hours, M-F 40 hours/week
• Work onsite in the office
