Pay Rate: $40/hour Work you’ll do: As a Business Project Management Contractor, you will support real estate project leaders with their portfolio of internal real estate projects. This role interacts regularly with the Project Financial Support team and other internal business partners. Responsibilities: • Support real estate project leaders with project activities, e.g.: o Set up and maintain projects in Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), assisting with project information requests, document gathering, and driving compliance with associated real estate project processes o Assist with the preparation and entry of project budget requests and supporting materials, monitoring of project budgets, processing of project budget category transfers, and updating key financial metrics o Provide support to internal/external team members relating to the usage of project management applications and facilitate project vendor and project team setup o Participate in the processing and issue resolution for POs and PO amendments and assist with recording Letters of Authorization against construction POs as needed o Support invoice inquiries and the administration of construction pay applications • Collaborate with the real estate lease administration team to prepare and record project Tenant Improvement (TI) requests and associated documentation and apply receipts; assist with monitoring timely TI collection and conducting follow-up • Support periodic special requests, e.g., targeted cost analyses, project metrics, fiscal year-end activities, audit, and internal controls data requests • Perform other job-related duties as assigned Education Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related major, e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field Required Skills • 3+ years of relevant work experience, including knowledge and understanding of basic accounting and finance principles • Strong project management or related experience and financial analysis expertise • Strong oral and written communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and highly collaborative environment • Flexibility, adaptability, and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service focus • Ability to work both independently and as part of a virtual team • Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred Skills • Real Estate knowledge • Knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA
