Compensation:

• Base Salary - $50K to $70K per year
• Base salary will depend upon experience plus we offer an industry-leading commission package providing serious earning potential for top performers.

We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded recruiter to join our team

The right candidate is an ambitious, self-sufficient team player who is continuously practicing and learning different ways to personally improve their recruiting methods and skillset on a day-to-day basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to be exposed to all our lines of business, including Information Technology, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Creative Services.

BNA’s partners and associates take a hands-on approach to working with new team members in getting them up to speed as they learn our best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience in either corporate or agency recruitment
• Must be exceptional with multitasking and be able to shift gears constantly.
  Must have strong organizational skills and be comfortable working with multiple platforms, websites, and databases.
• Must be comfortable with phone, video conference, and email platforms and must have outstanding communication skills.
• Creativity, integrity, persistence, and mental toughness are all necessary traits to be successful in this role.
• Must be entrepreneurial and enjoy building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Minimum 4-year bachelor’s degree
