Job Title: Facilities and Events Set Up Associate

Location: Hybrid – 50% (10 days in the office/10 days remote)
Scope for Facilities Manager
- Hybrid role - 35-40 hours/week
- Starting in September they want to be 50% in-person so all staff must come to the office 10 days per month. The rest of the time can be remote, and they will provide a laptop.
- Reports to Facilities Manager and Front of House.
- Safety Protocols - Must be vaccinated, Masked, and Daily Health survey.
Job Description:
Looking for temporary help while two staff members are out on parental leave. This role will assist with the day-to-day upkeep of the facility, along with handling event setups and administrative work.
Key responsibilities:
- Carries out day-to-day administrative functions
- Budgeting and data collection
- Internal Communications
- Logistics for basic cost comparisons for equipment
Key skills and experience:
- Strong people skills, with the ability to handle issues on the fly.
- Able to move heavy furniture, willing to learn our payment systems.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs... and hang tv's/monitors.
