  • You are the point of contact for both managers and employees on all HR-related matters. You have a supporting and advisory role.
  • Act as a true Business Partner to US senior management and management.
  • Responsible for US payroll and HR administration
  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition and Development - you are responsible for full lifecycle recruitment through various channels.
  • Support the development of our managers and staff, with a focus (among others) on developing our new managers
  • Monitor the internal consistency on the terms of employment, in compliance with the company HR strategy, policies, as well as all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Review and monitor the benefits package offered to our employees
  • Participate in various HR initiatives, including international projects in collaboration with the HQ HR team in Europe.
  • Contribute to maximum HR efficiency and play a role in the development, optimization, and implementation of HR processes. You contribute to an efficient and cost-conscious HR policy and to the digitalization of our HR processes
