Location:

The Immigration Contractor will be responsible for supporting immigration processes across all business areas. In this role, the Immigration Contractor will complete assigned deliverables for multiple workstreams and projects supporting Immigration programs, processes, compliance, and client experience outcomes throughout the immigration lifecycle. The individual will be supported in activities through regular check-points with Senior full-time staff and leaders.

• Support internal and external immigration processes, policies, and protocols
• Gather, review and update data to support program strategies, workstream processes, and service delivery
• Utilize internal technologies and metrics (SharePoint, Salesforce) to achieve service goals
• Utilize external technology platforms to perform data and service transactions (law firm portals and vendor systems)
• Manage confidential information with professionalism

The individual in this role must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and support multiple projects in a high volume, fast-paced virtual environment.

• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources or Immigration professional experience
