The Marketing team is responsible for all global marketing efforts including but not limited to digital, brand, content, and product marketing. It is an exciting time to be a part of the marketing team, as we are an integral function driving brand awareness and growth through generating qualified leads and trials.

 

Role Overview:

The Senior Associate, Digital Marketing, is responsible for a large portion of the online presence. With a focus on SEO and website development, this person will plan, implement, and monitor our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks to drive brand loyalty and awareness for various products and services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute strategic digital marketing efforts to drive interest in solutions for clients and prospects
  • Execute online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search) and social marketing to drive inbound demand responses
  • Increase brand awareness through website optimization, content marketing, and social media initiatives
  • Manage digital assets and lead content creation, including, but not limited to blog posts, SEO writing, web pages, video scripts, and social posts
  • Partner with Marketing Director to manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter) and execute on-going social media strategies
  • Research and evaluate new and emerging digital marketing channels and identify opportunities for growth
  • Responsible for analytic tracking and analysis of digital performance to identify key insights that will allow you to make informed recommendations on areas for growth and potential modifications
  • Manage website and collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Collaborate across the Marketing team to support global marketing campaigns, pre- & post-event execution, updating Salesforce and Pardot, and collateral creation

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of search and social media channels, industry best practices, and benchmarks
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM preferred
  • Tech and web-savvy, experience with digital marketing tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects, taking initiatives, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a positive attitude
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
  • Knowledge of Word Press and Pardot
  • Experience with SEMrush or other SEO tools
