Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Shipping Associate to work in our New York City office. Responsibilities:

• Receive product deliveries, verify correct items and quantities were received, and inspect for any damage during transit
• Process inventory requests and prepare equipment for delivery to site as needed
• Coordinate deliveries with Project Managers to ensure the product gets to the site when needed
• Accurately label all inventory in a warehouse with the required information
• Update inventory software for items received, returned, and sent out to job sites
• Coordinate returns of damaged equipment to ensure proper credit for a replacement product
• Ensure stock items and office/pantry supplies are replenished as needed
• Assist in quarterly inventory counts
• Keep warehouse and shipping area clean and organized
• Empty waste receptacles throughout the office daily

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organized and efficient
