POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Technical Analyst position will implement technological recommendations needed to improve management efficiency, organizational efficiency, and staff productivity. Specifically, this position will identify, plan, and implement key technological enhancements to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of professional experience with Adobe PRO, Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, OneDrive, and PowerBI
