Reports to Talent Manager and Chief Strategy Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruitment/Onboarding
Schedule, screen, vet candidates for an array of positions within the org. Platform: Greenhouse Recruitment
Ensure new staff is set up in all necessary pay, timekeeping, and benefits platforms (Trinet, NetTime, etc.).
Ensure all new staff members complete all required onboarding items (forms, fingerprint clearance, certification, education requirements, health and safety, etc.)
Ensure new staff members are warmly welcomed, and coordinate with others to set them up for success.
Ensure Maintenance of Human Resource Tracking and Compliance Systems
Manage HR inbox, fielding all HR-related queries
Maintain and update confidential employee data, personnel forms, files, and information, generating reports routinely and as requested.
Update timesheets and maintain paid-off and sick time requests.
Address the needs of current employees; record and refer critical/sensitive issues to the Chief Strategy Officer.
Ensure all staff members are paid correctly and on time, in coordination with the CFAO and finance team.
Process all aspects of leaves in a timely manner to ensure pay and coverage are correct.

Offboarding
Support the smooth transition of staff members as they are terminated, nonrenewed, or choose to transition.
Ensure all termination tasks are completed, from communication through separation.
Ensure the processing of all unemployment and employment verification requests.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of human resources/talent experience, with an emphasis on detailed human resource tracking and compliance concerns.
Familiarity utilizing and managing talent management (e.g. Greenhouse Onboarding)
Experience working with human resource management and recruitment platforms: ideally TriNet, NetTime, Greenhouse.
Strong command of all Google Suite programs.
