Associate Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

Our firm is seeking an Associate Attorney focused solely on Landlord-Tenant matters, representing landlord and management company in the Bronx and Westchester.

Job duties include but are not limited to office work hours for document preparation and Housing Court appearances. (0-5 years experienced preferred)

Candidate will work closely with General Counsel to litigate Non-payment, Holdovers, Commercial L & T, DHPD proceedings, Section 8, Rent Stabilized, Rent Controlled, squatters and all motion practice requirements of the Landlord Tenant Law of the State of New York.

Experience

  • Prior experience in a legal setting is preferred; candidates with legal administrative experience will be considered.

  • Strong writing skills with experience in legal drafting is necessary.

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
