Trade Marketing Coordinator


Job Type: Contract-To-Hire (or "Temp-To-Perm")

Start Date: ASAP

End Date (of Contract/Temp period): 02/13/2026 (with potential for extension)

Job Location: Manhattan, NY (HYBRID role; onsite 2 days per week)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (standard day/1st shift hours)

Compensation: $23.00 to $26.50 per hour

Role Overview: The Trade Marketing Coordinator supports trade marketing initiatives with a focus on finance and logistics. This role will manage a complex CAPEX/OPEX budget for the U.S. and Canada, oversee vendor operations during an RFP process, and assist with a digital transformation initiative (moving from Excel to a centralized project management tool).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily management of trade marketing budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) across U.S. & Canada.

  • Coordinate vendor operations during RFP and transition phases.

  • Support collaboration between Finance, Procurement, IT, and Marketing teams.

  • Help document requirements for a new digital project management platform.

  • Track logistics and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, trade marketing, and/or operations.

  • 1+ years of experience managing complex budgets (CAPEX/OPEX).

  • Vendor management experience.

  • Cross-functional project coordination (Finance, IT, Marketing).

  • Advanced Excel & budget tracking skills.

  • Experience supporting digital platform/tool implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, trade marketing, and/or operations.

  • Strong Excel proficiency with complex spreadsheets.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities across teams.
