Job Overview:
Urgent need for a short-term Accounting & Finance Sourcer. Need someone who has deep Accounting and Finance sourcing knowledge and has recently supported these groups. The opening is paternity leave and leaves a 4-month gap in coverage.
Looking for this person to start ASAP and will go through end of Nov-early December. They can sit anywhere but must work EST hours. Candidate needs to be sharp, organized, eager, resourceful, and a strong communicator.
Interviews next week – the week of 7/6, two rounds of interviews, July start.
Job Tasks:
Searching for qualified candidates and building candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
Identifying candidates who match the required skills, experience, location, pay rate, and availability.
Sending outreach messages to potential candidates to gauge interest.
Screening candidates at a high level before passing them to a recruiter or hiring manager.
Tracking candidate activity in an ATS or CRM system.
Scheduling introductory calls or coordinating next steps with recruiters.
Researching target companies where strong candidates may currently work.
Helping create search strings and sourcing strategies for difficult roles.
Maintaining organized notes on candidate conversations, compensation expectations, and job preferences.
Following up with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the process.
