Compensation: $41.25 to $47.00 per hour
Overview:
A Big Four consulting firm is seeking a Performance Management Specialist contractor to support the transition and operationalization of performance management systems, including the migration from legacy performance management tools to SAP SuccessFactors. This role will support operational planning, process documentation, knowledge transition, training and onboarding materials, and development of a future-state support model.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting operational processes, enterprise systems, HR technology, or Talent-related platforms, with experience supporting system implementations, operational transitions, or service enablement initiatives. Prior experience within a Big Four firm, consulting organization, or professional services environment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding of existing performance management tools, systems, and operational processes.
Support planning and tracking the transition from legacy performance management tools to SAP SuccessFactors.
Assist with developing process and system documentation, onboarding materials, training materials, and knowledge-transfer resources.
Support operational readiness activities associated with the implementation and transition.
Assist in developing a future-state operational support model, including issue management, ticket intake processes, escalation processes, and role-based permissions.
Coordinate communications related to implementation activities, including updates to the call center and relevant stakeholders.
Support the transition and decommissioning plan for legacy performance management tools.
Schedule and coordinate follow-up meetings with stakeholders across Talent, Consulting Services, and Technology teams.
Document meeting notes, track action items, and monitor progress against operational deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful implementation and operationalization of performance management systems.
Maintain organized documentation repositories, including Microsoft Teams sites and OneNote, to ensure stakeholders have easy access to current project materials.
Support other project coordination, documentation, and operational activities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience supporting operational processes, enterprise systems, HR technology, Talent systems, or related platforms.
Experience supporting system implementations, operational transitions, service enablement initiatives, or similar enterprise transformation efforts.
Excellent documentation skills, including experience developing SOPs, knowledge articles, user guides, process documentation, or training materials.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Talent, Technology, and business teams.
Ability to work effectively in complex, team-based environments with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working at a Big Four firm, consulting firm, or professional services organization.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other enterprise performance management/HCM platforms.
Experience supporting Talent, HR, or performance management technology.
Experience developing operational support models, service management processes, or knowledge-management programs.
Experience supporting legacy-system decommissioning or technology transitions.
Familiarity with enterprise ticketing, issue management, and role-based access processes.
