Job Title: UI/UX Designer (AI-Focused)

Job Type: Contract (W2)

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 12/31/2025 (with potential for extension)

Location: 100% Remote

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day (standard 1st shift hours)

Compensation: $50 to $60 per hour

Overview: A Big 4 consulting firm is looking to hire a UI/UX Designer to join their team and help shape the future of user experience across data-rich and AI-integrated products.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers & business stakeholders

  • Design advanced dashboards & data visualizations (internal & external users)

  • Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate ideas

  • Build flexible design systems that adapt to evolving product needs

  • Help integrate Gen AI into user experiences in intuitive and ethical ways

  • Conduct UX reviews and deliver actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 to 8 years of UX/UI experience in large, structured orgs

  • 2+ years of GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, prompt design, etc.) UX/UI (large-scale) project experience

  • Strong skills in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.

  • Experience designing around complex data sets, dashboards, and workflows

  • A portfolio that shows a range of UX problems and AI-integrated solutions

  • Excellent communication, self-direction, and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ad-tech, mar-tech, or fin-tech

  • Working knowledge of Tableau, Datorama, or Adobe Analytics

  • Light understanding of HTML/CSS/Bootstrap

  • Consulting or agency background managing multiple stakeholders
