Compensation: $42.00 to $50.00 per hour

The Sourcing Specialist will support the Talent Acquisition organization by leading sourcing efforts focused primarily on Property & Casualty (P&C) underwriting talent. This role will partner closely with recruiting leadership and Talent Acquisition Partners to develop proactive sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver high-quality talent across multiple underwriting business lines. The ideal candidate will have recent experience sourcing for P&C underwriting roles and strong expertise using advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on Property & Casualty underwriting talent.
Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for underwriting and related insurance functions.
Source candidates across specialties including Professional Liability, Excess Casualty, Property, Casualty, Cyber, and related underwriting disciplines.
Conduct market research and competitor talent mapping to identify top industry talent.
Partner with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to develop candidate profiles and strategic sourcing plans.
Perform initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
Present qualified candidate slates to Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring teams.
Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
Manage sourcing activity across approximately 25 active requisitions simultaneously.
Support diversity sourcing initiatives and talent community engagement efforts.
Assist with additional sourcing projects, including potential accounting and finance recruiting initiatives.
Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within ATS systems.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
3-5+ years of Property & Casualty insurance sourcing experience.
Experience sourcing underwriting talent within the last 3 years.
Experience sourcing for underwriting specialties such as Professional Liability, Excess Casualty, Property, Casualty, or Cyber.
Strong expertise with Boolean search logic and advanced sourcing methodologies.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Workday ATS.
Full lifecycle recruiting experience.
Prior accounting and finance sourcing experience.
Experience supporting insurance carriers, brokers, or specialty insurance organizations.
Knowledge of underwriting market trends and competitive insurance talent landscapes.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment while supporting EST business hours.
Prior staffing agency recruiting experience.
