Compensation: $54.00 to $60.00 per hour
Overview:
Our client is a global consulting and professional services organization supporting large-scale cybersecurity, technology, and digital transformation initiatives. Due to continued growth across its Cyber practice, the organization is seeking an experienced recruiter to support experienced-hire recruiting efforts focused on attracting top cyber and technology talent.
The Cybersecurity Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities across cybersecurity and technology functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire highly qualified professionals. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience recruiting for cybersecurity and technical positions in a fast-paced consulting, corporate, or staffing environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for experienced-hire cybersecurity and technology positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified cyber and technical candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Screen and assess candidates to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
Track candidate activity and maintain accurate recruiting documentation within applicant tracking systems.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates regarding pipeline health, hiring progress, and market trends.
Collaborate with talent acquisition team members and business stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma (or GED) required.
5+ years of recruiting experience supporting experienced-hire talent acquisition initiatives.
Experience recruiting for cybersecurity, information security, or technology-focused positions.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other talent attraction methods.
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven recruiting environment.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience recruiting within consulting, professional services, or large enterprise organizations.
Experience recruiting for cybersecurity disciplines such as SOC, Incident Response, Cloud Security, IAM, Application Security, GRC, Cyber Strategy, Threat Intelligence, or Security Engineering.
Prior staffing agency recruiting experience.
Experience using enterprise applicant tracking systems.
Familiarity with cybersecurity certifications and technical skill sets.
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives.
