Job Overview
Seeking a Senior Consultant with strong Source-to-Contract experience, specifically within the Professional Services category, including areas such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Marketing. This role will support strategic sourcing initiatives, contract management, category management, supplier engagement, procurement compliance, and spend analysis.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing sourcing strategies, building RFx bid packages, supporting supplier negotiations, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing market and category insights. This person should be comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment and supporting the full source-to-contract lifecycle, from sourcing pipeline development through contract execution, renewals, expirations, and supplier performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities
Support strategic sourcing initiatives across Professional Services categories, including HR, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
Develop sourcing pipelines and prepare RFx/RFP bid packages.
Lead or support supplier communications, negotiations, and issue resolution.
Provide market research, supplier insights, category analysis, and sourcing recommendations.
Support contract authoring, redlining, approvals, renewals, expirations, and related contract management activities.
Assist with category management support, including supplier reviews and stakeholder updates.
Conduct spend analysis, strategy analysis, and procurement reporting.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement compliance and alignment with sourcing strategies.
Manage supplier relationships and support performance review activities.
Required Experience
Strong Source-to-Contract experience.
Background in Professional Services sourcing/category support.
Experience with strategic sourcing, RFx/RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
Ability to support contract redlines, approvals, renewals, and expiration tracking.
Strong analytical skills, including spend analysis and market/category research.
Excellent supplier and stakeholder management skills.
Prior consulting, enterprise procurement, or large corporate procurement experience is strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a procurement/sourcing professional who has supported Professional Services categories and understands the full Source-to-Contract process. They should be able to work independently, manage supplier and stakeholder communication, support negotiations, analyze spend/category data, and help drive sourcing and contract-related activities in a structured, professional environment.
