Job Title: Construction Manager (Solar, PV mounted, Controls, Electrical)

Employment Type: Contract (W2)

Start Date: ASAP

  • Location: Miami Area (Requires 75–100% travel in South FL)

  • Duration: ~1 year (with potential for permanent conversion)

  • Schedule: 2nd Shift

  • Start Date: May 2026 (Preferred)

Compensation: $65.00 to $70.00 per hour

Work You Will Do:

  • Provide daily administrative and technical management for renewable energy projects, ensuring energy savings delivery.

  • Support Senior PMs with budgeting, quality management, and internal communications.

  • Manage direct customer interfaces, focusing on relationship building and contractual obligations.

  • Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to safety standards.

  • Maintain project schedules, track expenditures, and manage monthly forecasting.


The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Strong familiarity with OSHA safety standards and construction industry codes.

  • A detail-oriented approach to project oversight and financial compliance.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in electrical, mechanical, or engineering construction.

  • Proven specialization in renewable energy projects, specifically Photovoltaics (PV).

  • Valid Driver’s License and proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred).

COMPENSATION: $65.00 to $70.00 per hour
