Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (8:00AM–5:00PM EST)

Compensation: $20 to $23 per hour

Overview: A leading eyewear retailer is seeking a Graphic Production Coordinator to support its North American Retail In-Store Communications (RISC) team. This team manages visual merchandising and graphic production for more than 1,500 store locations across multiple retail concepts, including flagship stores, partner locations, and premium department store host environments.

This role will play a key part in supporting campaign execution, inventory management, distribution list creation, and data analysis to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of marketing and in-store visual assets. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and creative retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for high-priority, quick-turnaround graphic projects, including billboard initiatives and image review tracking.

  • Execute and maintain ongoing graphic updates, including: urgent inventory requests, time-sensitive “hot jobs”, brand image refreshes and promotional asset updates, new store launch graphics on short notice.

  • Maintain and update crop images from NRR on the code sheet template.

  • Upload finalized graphics to the designated platform.

  • Regularly update project trackers and maintain organized job folders.

  • Accurately log all graphic-related expenditures and project data.

  • Support complex distribution list creation and campaign execution across multiple store formats.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (or GED/equivalent) required. College degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multi-brand retail environment.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data analysis, and data validation.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or PowerPoint to support graphic layouts.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a highly analytical mindset.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to understand and manage the complexity of diverse store groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multi-brand retail environment.

  • Proven experience with data analysis and navigating large, complex spreadsheets.

  • Familiarity with multi-brand visual merchandising and store execution.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Strong team skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally.
