Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Type: Contract (W2)

Start Date: 11/3/2025

End Date: 2/2/2026 (with potential for extension)

Work Location: Lorton, VA (onsite role)

Work Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (standard business hours)

Compensation: $21 to $24 per hour

NOTE: Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Check required.

Interview Schedule:

  • Round 1 – MS Teams (30-minutes)

  • Round 2 – In-person

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (or GED) required.

  • 2+ years of experience doing administrative work.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

  • Must have the ability to learn new software programs to work effectively in the role.

  • Must have discretion (will have access to employee payroll info).

Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of general clerical, typing, and/or office support duties.

  • Sorts, files and maintains alphabetical, numerical, and subject filing systems.

  • Types forms, memoranda, and other copy material.

  • Checks and compares data for accuracy and completeness.

  • Gathers specified information and compiles routine reports.

  • Enters data into different computer systems.

  • Assists in organizing meetings, travel, luncheons, training sessions, etc.

  • Assists with other special projects as assigned.

  • Shows up promptly at the beginning of each scheduled day.

  • Attends any required meetings.

  • Enters Service Requests in PeopleSoft.

  • Creates Job Requisitions in PeopleSoft.

  • Runs reports in PeopleSoft.

  • Updates various spreadsheets.

  • Performs related job duties as required.

General Plant Requirements:

  • Must receive site safety orientation training before commencing work.

  • Must be able to walk/stand/sit for long periods of time.

  • Must be able to occasionally lift items over 20 lbs.
