Job Title: Workday Integration Analyst

Job Type: Contract (W2)

End Date: 4/24/2026 (with potential for extension)

Work Location: 100% Remote (United States only)

Work Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (standard business hours)

Compensation: $48 to $55 per hour

Overview: A leading global professional services and consulting firm is seeking a Workday Integration Analyst with advanced integration expertise to support ongoing enterprise initiatives. This role plays a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining complex integrations to support payroll and benefits functions within a large-scale Workday environment. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on expertise with Workday integration tools and a strong track record in payroll and benefits implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations with a focus on payroll and benefits.

  • Develop and configure integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, PECI/PICOF, and WECI.

  • Support payroll interfaces and ensure data integrity across systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize benefits and payroll processes.

  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Ensure all integration development aligns with business, compliance, and security requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (or GED) required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations.

  • Demonstrable expertise in: WECI, PECI/PICOF, Studio, EIB’s and CCW’s.

  • Proven experience with payroll and benefits implementation projects.

  • Strong understanding of Workday payroll interfaces.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Workday integration development.
