Description:

This role will support the activities associated with our Talent Services Contractor Management Program. This program centralizes the management of external contractors and Talent vendors to avoid risk, reduce spend, improve efficiency and enhance the quality of vendor relationships and their respective products and/or services. Under the direction of the lead program specialist, this contract role will assist in executing the day-to-day tasks and help with contractor requests.

Responsibilities:

• Under supervision, assist with contractor requests and inquiries, performing the tasks associated with the selection, procurement, onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of contractors using the Fieldglass system
• Using SOP’s, ensure all compliance activities are executed and tracked

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Ability to work additional evening, weekend, and holiday coverage during peak times (this applies to certain stakeholder groups)
• Ability to work independently on a variety of projects in a high volume, fast-paced, and sometimes nebulous environment required
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and planning skills
• Relationship management skills
• Strong execution skills
• Demonstrated strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills

Preferred SKills:

• Experience with Fieldglass, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel/Teams preferred
