Role: Value Chain Digitalization Lead

Location – New Berlin, WI (must be in the area)

Comp – $120 plus 10% bonus

This position reports to - Value Chain Transformation Owner

Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the US, there is no sponsorship available.

Must have: 

• SAP experience with MM, PP, WM, and HANA
• ERP implementation and business process transformation

Value Chain Digitalization Lead 

This role will be responsible for the implementation of global and local value chain digitalization strategies and roadmaps in the Drives Product division in New Berlin, WI, ensuring continuous improvement in business process harmonization and simplification, upstream and downstream alignment. You will serve as a key resource to drive business applications fit to purpose and the key user community is well trained. This is not a management position, you will not lead people.

Responsibilities 

• Support global and local business digitalization transformation strategy by executing assigned projects or continuous improvement actions.
• Identify value stream improvement opportunities and translate business needs to Information System demand requirements.
• Lead user acceptance testing and system cutover activities when applicable `
• Actively collaborate with business stakeholders, key users, and internal and external IS delivery teams to ensure business application solutions are robust and reliable.
• Follow ABB project management gate model project management guidelines and manage assigned projects with quality.
• Learn factory transformation target process and technology, proactively support the solution and drive continuous improvements.
• Serve as a process lead in one or more value chain functional areas to ensure fit-for-purpose ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and non-ERP business system solutions as well as end-to-end process efficiency.

Background 

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of work experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of work experience required
• Previous experience with ERP implementation and business process transformation is required.
• Previous experience with SAP MM, PP, and WM and the discrete manufacturing market required.
• Knowledge of business processes in production, supply chain, sales operation, or quality management is highly preferred
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is preferred.
