GENERAL FUNCTION
The Membership Department is responsible for managing the business activities performed to enroll our client’s membership into our claims system. The department has a production team that manages the daily processing of membership enrollment requests and producing member ID cards. The configuration team oversees the activities to set up the client enrollment process, test client enrollment data, and manage system enhancement initiatives to drive improvements in the technologies that support the production processes.The Analyst of ID Cards is a professional independent contributor and reports directly to the Supervisor of ID Card Production. The main responsibilities for this position include the execution of daily Welcome Kit (ID Card) set-up, testing and production processes, and supporting process and system enhancements.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the daily execution of end-to-end ID Card production activities (i.e. File monitoring/release, Special Handling, Proofs, Reflags, etc.); escalate identified issues with Supervisor, ID Card Production.
• Manages ID Card shared mailbox organization, inquiries, responses, etc.
• Investigates any issues with card file/ID Card Production and report to Supervisor.
• Support activities for testing and deploying new or changing inventory (i.e. shells, card code set-up, inserts, etc.) upon completion of the Marketing design phase.
• Identify process and system improvement opportunities and articulate concepts to leadership.
• Support/consult with cross-functional partners to promote self-serve tools and knowledge of ID Card processes.
• Support activities to implement new system technology solutions to further automate daily processing activities performed by the ID Card Team or broader organizational initiatives.
• Maintain open, throughout, and timely communication with Supervisor, ID Card Production regarding any special requests, enhancements, and/or projects to gain alignment prior to commitment to support.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, standards of administration, service level agreements, procedures, protocols, compliance, and security guidelines.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2 to 3 years of business experience; preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to analyze and interpret data

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
