Warehouse Manager

Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Work Location: Langhorne, PA - 100% Onsite (NOTE: Position will start off in Edison, NJ, but our client will be permanently relocating to Langhorne, PA in November.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST)

Travel: Travel is required. Up to 20%.

Salary Range: $60,000-$100,000

Position Overview: Our client, an innovative leader in the construction technology space, is searching for an experienced Warehouse Manager to spearhead the operation of their growing warehouse department. The Warehouse Manager will work within the Implementation Department and oversee inventory & shipping operations, which encompasses managing inventory processes and order fulfillment. Successful candidates will have a strong background in managing warehouse operations and a passion for leading a small team.

Your Responsibilities:

    • Manages warehouse order fulfillment operations and processes
    • Ensures all hardware inventory processes are running smoothly and components are fully accounted for
    • Conducts cycle counts and assists with hardware forecasting
    • Leads a small team of Warehouse associates
    • Ensures all warehouse policies and procedures are enforced
    • Maintains all processes associated with our tracker and component inventory
    • Receives, stocks, and manages inventory counts and levels
    • Flawlessly fulfills, properly packs, and ships customer orders
    • Regularly interfaces with suppliers and customers
    • Oversees internal systems such as: QuickBooks, Salesforce Cloud and Help Scout
    • Ensures all information entered into internal systems is accurate and 100% up-to-date
    • Completes and ensures all internal and external documentation is performed correctly.
    • Takes full ownership of customer and supplier satisfaction
    • Collaborates with internal stakeholders on various shipments, projects, and deliverables
    • Adheres to and always promotes safety protocols and standards within the warehouse
    • Receives and responds quickly to all telephone and email inquiries related to inventory

Qualifications:

    • 7 + years’ experience in inventory and warehouse operations
    • 2+ years’ experience managing a small and growing team
    • Strong experience managing and executing inventory processes and systems
    • Strong working knowledge working with QuickBooks, HelpScout, and Salesforce
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Knowledge in the daily use of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Diligence and organization in managing information
    • Self-motivated and adaptable person with a strong service orientation and “do what it takes” attitude
    • Excellent organizational skills
