Pay Range: $70 to $85 per hour

Overview: As a Ceridian Dayforce Integration Developer, you will be responsible for leading and managing UKG implementations, upgrades, and support services for our clients. You will be expected to work closely with clients to understand their requirements, design solutions, and deliver them in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• 2 years of experience in software delivery or software development
• 2 years of relevant Consulting or Industry Experience
• 2 or more years of Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience, required
• Deep proficiency with XML/XSLT and experience with Data Conversion tools/processes (ETLV), preferred
• Experience with common Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices, preferred
• Experience providing end-to-end integration solutions development for enterprise
• Strong Relational Database background and SQL Skills
• Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications
• Working knowledge of API design and development on the Cloud environments

Preferred Experience:

• Ceridian Integration, preferred
• Ceridian Data Conversion, preferred
• High level of proficiency creating HR, Payroll, Benefits 834 or Cobra files using XML/XSLT methodology, preferred
• Experience with one or more of the following Ceridian Dayforce solutions: Workforce Management (WFM), Benefits Intelligence, Human Resources (HR), and/or Payroll

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Business process mapping experience
• Experience creating detailed technical and functional documentation
