Overview: Are you passionate about digital experiences and want to be part of the digital evolution of a global financial brand? Our global Financial Services client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their Brand and Editorial Team. This contract role will be part of their Digital Marketing Center of Excellence team and be responsible for supporting the ongoing management of the Digital Experience Operations processes for their website. This primarily includes supporting the intake, review, finalization, and support on creation of website content in their Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Management System (CMS) platform from various areas of the business. As a key member of their team, you will work with stakeholders across the organization, including their B2B and B2C marketing teams, to advise and support on crafting engaging website content using the company's available website components and design system inside AEM. In this role, you will support in overseeing management and operation of new website page creations, and updates to existing experiences. This includes supporting the intake, review, and creation of website content in their primary Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS platform, as well as additional Platforms that support content, from various areas of the business. Additionally, you will have opportunities to take part in owning operations for projects that include experience with third-party agencies and management of the outputs of these projects into the website. This individual should have a fundamental knowledge of how websites operate and hands-on experience with a ticket management software for project management with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management of the digital experience operations processes and content pipeline to ensure content is launched on time and at a high quality.

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the current website design system, component and website architecture to provide recommendations and best practices.

• Develop webpage wireframes or AEM mock-ups for high-level projects and solicit feedback and guidance from key stakeholders to drive the design of the webpages.

• Creating, reviewing, or editing final assets (images, word docs, excel, pdf) required by our Operations teams to develop content on the website, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Facilitate communications or training where required for key stakeholders that are new to the team or require additional support.

• Support in planning, setup, QA, launch and reporting of Test and Learn plans.

• Support content reviews with Legal and Compliance partners, including managing submissions to the compliance review portal, ensuring content is approved and current prior to publishing.

• Collaborate across Brand & Editorial team to help facilitate new content publishing and updates to existing content. Including JIRA submissions, SEO requests and project coordination required for on-time publishing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (required) in Marketing or Communications (preferred), or related fields.

• 2+ years’ experience working with websites.

• Experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud suite is preferred, particularly with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.

• Prior experience with managing projects through ticket management systems such as JIRA.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize existing projects and plan future ones effectively.

• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail is a must.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Results-driven, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Highly conscious of risk and the responsibility of being a steward of the brands reputation.

• Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS or a general understanding of front-end websites would be advantageous.
