Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Performing Call Back Verification to new vendors to authenticate and verify vendors, requests for transaction level settlement instructions, or changes to banking instructions, address details, and tax identification numbers.

• Invoice entry into the Accounts Payable system.
• This position will involve making phone calls, responding to email queries, and tracking details on Excel files.
• Heavy Phone calls
• Tracking details on Excel files, email management, and responding to emails
• Ensuring proper information is provided in a timely fashion.
