Job Title: Account Services Operator

Pay Rate - $20/hour

Top Skills:
- 1 year of financial experience or equivalent AND Bachelor’s preferred
- Must be familiar and proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

SUMMARY
This position is in Account Services Operations, which primarily consists of supporting the new account opening process (both paper and online), stock plan activation, and account maintenance

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review paper and electronic applications to determine good order
• Manually process applications as needed with speed and accuracy
• Quickly respond to related Operations and Customer Service inquiries
• Process all work daily to maintain excellent service levels

BASIC
• Minimum of 1 year of financial operations experience or equivalent

PREFERRED
• 1+ years’ experience with data entry and documentation review
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with DocuSign
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
• Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual, able to work independently or as part of a team
