Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 work hours per week

Pay Range: $45-$52 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Execute comprehensive functional control test suites using a combination of manual and automated techniques, ensuring seamless integration of results into the overarching risk management framework.
2. Collaborate with the QA team to design control tests for data quality, lineage, and controls across various products, business lines, and processes. Develop methodologies for defining test scripts, executing tests, determining frequency and sampling, and documenting evidence. Ensure alignment with the broader Divisional risk management framework and datasets.
3. Identify continuous improvement mechanisms to enhance the control framework, considering evolving changes in processes, regulations, and platforms.
4. Collaborate with developers and low-code specialists to develop tooling supporting test execution, recordkeeping, and reporting.
5. Conduct Risk Analysis in collaboration with stakeholders to develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring the operational health of the framework. Utilize these metrics to drive the risk agenda with the leadership group, highlight concerns, and collaborate with line managers to execute and monitor progress on remediation plans.
6. Provide advice, challenge, and information to the business on recommended ways to mitigate risk. Review action items to ensure effective addressing of identified risks.
7. Collaborate with business lines to understand residual risks after issue resolution and engage across the front-to-back spectrum to apply lessons learned in improving the overall risk and control framework.
