SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, 1st Shift
PAY RANGE: $50 to $60 per hour
OVERVIEW: Our Fortune 100 Financial Services client is looking for a Product Management professional with expertise in bringing superior digital customer experiences to market. This professional will be responsible for creating-customer first financial website experiences, managing product roadmaps, and working cross-functionally to drive digital initiatives across our digital trading platform. Candidates must have a proven track record for delivering improved user experiences in a complex digital eco-system.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Drive pace and quality of the product
• Own the end-to-end execution plan for digital initiatives
• Create project documents and requirements (user stories, migration plans, squad updates)

• Demonstrate strong analytical skills when analyzing problems

Facilitator/Connector
• Work and collaborate closely with Development, UX, accessibility, marketing and customer service to efficiently launch innovative features
• Lead with transparency and collaboration to gather consensus and reach goals
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, and/or Information Systems is required
• 3+ years of experience in digital product development/management, with strong supporting skills to include product management, business analysis, project management, UX & design expertise, and requirements writing
• Subject matter expertise of financial products is desired
• Practical experience working within the Scrum Framework and Agile methodologies
• Self-motivated, demonstrated leadership, organized, detailed, collaborative, excellent written and oral skills.
• Great command of English, verbally and written
