Talent Acquisition Marketing Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing Excellence’s recruitment marketing initiatives across our flexible workforce to increase awareness and further candidate pipeline
  • Build and shape the perception of ME’s brand using innovative strategies to tell our story
  • Source diverse talent for hard-to-fill and business-critical roles across all departments:
  • Marketing, Creative, Brand, Ops, Strategy, Account Management
  • Partner closely on updating job descriptions, pipelining talent, and running paid social campaigns
  • Create talent communities and email campaigns to engage and attract top talent
  • Partner with ME’s employee advocates on social media campaigns, recruiting events, and other initiatives
  • Collaborate with the campus team to target and engage college students: live & virtual recruiting events, information sessions, website, etc.
  • Conduct searches, screen candidates, and communicate best options against defined job specs
  • Oversee talent repository and archives resumes and portfolios
  • Work with Operation team and Finance to ensure accurate data for time entry tracking, reporting and billing
  • May support special projects

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Talent, Marketing, and Project Management experience preferred
  • Experience in recruiting, sourcing, and staffing is a plus
  • Proficient in social media and creative engagement strategies
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated high performer with exceptional communication (verbal / presentation / written), and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and continuously evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and proactively problem-solve with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality deliverables in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and continuously evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
