The successful individual will be expected to work in a team of professionals and be able to be commercial, critical & creative whilst ensuring the highest level of risk management.

NOTES FROM HIRING MANAGER
The role/experience required:
-    The role is based in Dallas and you require someone with 2-4 years of experience.
-    You require someone with similar experience to Loan Ops,  taking into account some nuances that are specific to Alternatives – Private
-    On the Asset Management side, the fund investment for loans infrastructure is very manual
-    Secondary trading market support – loans closing and servicing experience is helpful
-    Funding coordination, and making appropriate settlements/payments experience required
-    Asset Servicing experience in the following is required- drawdowns, rollovers, fee payment
-    GS uses their own system called Phoenix so appreciate the candidate will not have this experience.
-    Manual reconciliation of off-balance sheet cash  - what should be received vs. what is received

SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of one to two years of experience in financial services.
• Proven analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail
• Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients with differing levels of product experience
• Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
• Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Loan Servicing or Bank Loan Middle Office background a plus
• Strong knowledge or prior experience in settlements or cash control
• Some depth of loan product knowledge
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to work well within teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage time effectively with competing priorities
• Fast learner and adaptable to change
• Project Management experience is a plus
