Status: Contract Assignment

Duration: 3 months to start, could extend or go perm for the right person.

Role: experience recruiter

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite) - but onsite for the first couple of weeks

Office Location: Roslyn, NY (Nassau County, Long Island)

 

Recruitment/Onboarding

  • Strong recruitment at a non-exempt level some exempt
  • Hit the ground running.
  • If it does become perm, they will need to be onsite 5 days per week, so please make sure that is acceptable because my hope is to get the right person and keep them on.
  • Some ADP Workforce experience for onboarding
    Schedule, screen, vet candidates for an array of positions within the org.
    Requires solid sourcing, interviewing/screening, and candidate management experience.
  • The candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of professionals.
  • Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, but also as an integral part of a widely dispersed team that interacts virtually.
  • They are vax mandated so that needs to be acceptable to them too.
