Status: Contract Assignment
Role: AV Support/Customer Service
Duration: 6 months to start
Location: Witchita, KS - onsite
Pay Rate: $27/hour
Job Description:
The team still needs to urgently fill this role; focusing on candidates with a strong customer service background with some AV/IT experience is preferred.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
• Provide AV support to conference rooms, prepare conference rooms for upcoming presentations, perform the post-conference check for conference rooms, present briefing materials using audio-visual equipment, display supplied briefings via PowerPoint, videotape, overhead viewgraphs, and audiotape
• Maintain and operate a wide variety of VTC equipment including cameras, microphones, audio and video playback, recording, and duplication devices
• Conduct routine operational tests and fault isolation on AV/VTC systems and equipment
• Reserve, schedule, and set up audiovisual equipment as required
• High School Diploma and 5 years of relevant experience
