Role: AV Specialist
Status: Contract Assignment

Overview:
The hired candidate will need to start the work at 6:30 am or at 8 am and this is completely an onsite role.
The candidate should provide AV support to conference rooms, prepare conference rooms for upcoming presentations, perform post-conference checks for conference rooms, present briefing materials using installed or audio-visual equipment, and display briefings via PowerPoint, video, projectors, and audio PA systems.
Responsibilities / Skills:
• Maintain and operate a wide variety of VTC equipment including cameras, microphones, audio and video playback, recording, and duplication devices
• Conduct routine operational tests and fault isolation on AV/VTC systems and equipment
• Reserve, schedule, and set up audio-visual equipment as required
• Coordinate requirements with staff, using the appropriate software to update the reservations database
• High School Diploma and 5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Crestron hardware, Cisco cameras and codecs, and Biamp DSPs would be great.
• They should know what a LAN is and how to troubleshoot network-related issues.
