Sourcing Specialist

Job Title: Recruiting Sourcing Contractor
Type: Contract Assignment
Duration: 6 months with possibility for extension  
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $40/hour

Overview:

• Candidates should have Big 4 experience.

• Must have PeopleSoft experience

• Intermediate level 3-5 years

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• As a Recruiting Sourcer Contractor, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates to support the recruitment efforts of the project team.

• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.

• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates to gauge interest and fit for open positions.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and provide suitable candidates.

• Track and document sourcing activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
